The School has a Governing Body made up of members of the community, parents, staff and Local Authority representatives. There are 17 members in total.

The Governing Body are responsible for the financial and strategic management of the school and they meet every half term.

Governors are assigned to a specific area of interest in school, such as history, maths etc and are given the opportunity to come into school to meet with teachers and to discuss current topics.

Governors are invited into school and the end of each academic year to present trophies to children that have been chosen by their class teacher to receive an award. Lists of winners are displayed in school and on the website.
